Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- patients scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

- emergent surgery

- cancer surgery

- chronic pain requiring pain killers

- psychiatric disease

- preoperative bradycardia (HR < 50 bpm)

- allergies

- pregnancy or breast feeding
