Off pump coronary artery bypass graft (OPCAB) still requires myocardial protection owing to
intermittent regional ischemic episode. The investigators retrospectively evaluated the
cardioprotective and clinical outcomes of propofol versus isoflurane anesthesia in patients
undergoing OPCAB.
