Inclusion Criteria:

- malignant melanoma stage III/IV

- fresh frozen tumor tissue available

- informed consent given

- Karnofsky >= 70%

Exclusion Criteria:

- brain metastasis

- parallel chemotherapy

- systemic treatment with glucocorticoids

- other malignancies
