Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• malignant melanoma stage III/IV

• fresh frozen tumor tissue available

• informed consent given

• Karnofsky >= 70%

Exclusion Criteria:

• brain metastasis

• parallel chemotherapy

• systemic treatment with glucocorticoids

• other malignancies
