Inclusion Criteria:

• Women <38 years old

• Weight <60 kg

• Own oocytes

• Patients have to provide signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• Oocyte donors

• Vitrified oocytes

• Severe male factor (<1 million spz/ml)

• Weight >60 kg
