Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• patients suffering from lower limb trauma

Exclusion Criteria:

• Presence of old implant or infection at the fracture site,

• Any blood coagulation disorder

• Patients undergoing percutaneous wire placement procedures for fracture fixation

• Polytrauma

• Non-consenting patients

• Psychiatric patient
