Summary
This study is conducted to evaluate the effectivity of hypertonic dextrose spray as an
endoscopic topical hemostatic agent, compared to conventional agent (adrenaline injection,
followed by hemoclip or thermocoagulation), in patients with acute non-variceal upper GI
bleeding.
