Summary
Thoracotomy is considered the most painful surgical procedure. Ultrasound-guided serratus
anterior plane block (SAPB) is a relatively new truncal block method treating thoracotomy
pain. In this study, investigators aim to ascertain the efficacy of SAPB in thoracotomy.
