Inclusion Criteria:

- Radio- opaque renal stone ≤ 2 cm or ≤ 1cm lower calyceal stone

- Normal kidney function.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Bleeding diatheses

- Uncontrolled UTIs

- Severe skeletal malformations
