Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• 18-65 age

• American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status classification (ASA)1-2

• tympanoplasty surgery

• patients with normal stapes reflexes

Exclusion Criteria:

• hypertension

• drug allergy

• cardiac problems

• pregnancy
