Inclusion Criteria:

- Posterior fossa surgery

- Preoperative GlasGow Coma Score: 15/15

Exclusion Criteria:

- Allergy to bupivacaine

- Uncontrolled hypertension

- Coagulopathy

- Cerebrovascular disease

- Earlier craniotomy
