Inclusion Criteria:

• Posterior fossa surgery

• Preoperative GlasGow Coma Score: 15/15

Exclusion Criteria:

• Allergy to bupivacaine

• Uncontrolled hypertension

• Coagulopathy

• Cerebrovascular disease

• Earlier craniotomy
