Inclusion Criteria:

• patients admitted to angiography unit

• over 18

• informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• acute renal failure before 7 days

• spironolactone contraindications

• hyperkalemia (S.K. >5.5 mEq/L)

• documented tumor

• actively taking NSAIDs, Ciclosporin, Cisplatin,
