Inclusion Criteria:

- rotator cuff tear

- age 45-75 years

Exclusion Criteria:

- diabetes

- pregnancy

- chronic kidney disease

- liver cirrhosis

- hematologic malignancy

- alcohol abusing

- drug abusing
