Inclusion Criteria:

• Coronary artery disease

• Left ventricular systolic dysfunction

• Sinus rhythm: heart rate (HR) >= 60 beats per minute (bpm)

Exclusion Criteria:

• Unstable cardiovascular condition

• Severe congestive heart failure
