Inclusion Criteria:

• Healthy volunteers

• Age 20 - 35 years

Exclusion Criteria:

• Illness

• Acute / Chronic gastric disorder

• Use of medicine

• (possible) pregnancy

• Frequent exposure to X-rays during the past year

• HIV / Hepatitis B Virus or Hepatitis C Virus infection
