Summary
The effects of Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) on autonomic function in patients with
anxiety-depression disorders is unknown. Thus, the authors will investigate cardiac autonomic
control in a population of patients with anxiety-depression disorders which will undergo a
specific SKY treatment.
