Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Children under 18 with growth failure associated with inadequate growth hormone secretion, or Turner syndrome or chronic renal insufficiency.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Children with closed epiphyses

• Children with active neoplasm

• Children with acute critical illness
