Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients with Diabetes Mellitus (Type 1 or Type 2) Showing Diabetic Macular Edema in the Eye.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy in the Study Eye.

• Subjects Receiving Concomitant Intravitreal Anti-VEGF Therapy.
