Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- osteoarthritis

- unilateral total knee arthroplasty

- ASA grade I - II

- normal cognitive function.

Exclusion Criteria:

- patients refuse

- BMI > 35

- diagnosis other than osteoarthritis

- allergy to the drugs used or contraindication to the intervention
