Inclusion Criteria:

- ASA I-II who were listed for elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy PCNL surgery under
general anesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Hepatic inefficiency

- Renal inefficiency

- Spinal anesthesia because of a different mechanism of hypothermia
