Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Healthy Adults

- Adults with Child-Pugh Class C liver cirrhosis

Exclusion Criteria:

- Diagnosis of renal failure

- Urgent need of liver transplant

- Selenium supplements of >25 µg per day during the past year
