Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- adolescents and young women requesting LNG-IUD insertion

Exclusion Criteria:

- heavy vaginal bleeding,pregnancy, contraindications to IUD insertion, allergy or
contraindication to isosorbide mononitrate, uterine anomaly
