Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Clinical diagnosis intracranial aneurysm surgery ,

• American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)Ⅰ-Ⅱ.

Exclusion Criteria:

• severe hepatic and renal dysfunction

• coagulation disorder

• taking antioxidant perioperative period
