Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• All multiple trauma patients>16 years with informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• Hypertension

• Allergy

• Erythroid leukemia

• Pregnancy and breast feeding

• Pre operative patient

• Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

• Thromboembolic disorders
