Inclusion Criteria:- Documented atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease or at high risk of cardiovascular
event
- On stable statin dose
- Clinically stable at time of screening and randomization
Exclusion Criteria:
- Women of child bearing potential
- Medical conditions that would impact the absorption of the study drug
