Inclusion Criteria:

- Subjects referred to diagnostic or therapeutic colonoscopy

Exclusion Criteria:

- ileus

- known or suspected bowel obstruction

- active bowel inflammation

- pregnancy

- any presence of serious medical conditions

- history of prior colonic or rectal surgery

- inability to obtain valid data from subject
