Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Gestational age > 36 weeks

• American Society of Anesthesiologists physical class I to III

Exclusion Criteria:

• Allergy to study solution

• Contraindications to epidural analgesia

• Non consented parturients

• Communications barriers.

• Intrauterine foetal growth retardation

• Foetal distress
