The aim of this study will be to investigate the effect of an opioid-free anesthesia regimen
with a mixture of dexmedetomidine-lidocaine-ketamine in the same syringe versus fentanyl
analgesia in elective thyroidectomies. Recovery parameters and nociception levels throughout
