Inclusion Criteria:

- Patients with chronic cough: cough persisting for more than 8 consecutive weeks

Exclusion Criteria:

- Current use of ACE-inhibitors

- Use of systemic steroids in the last 4 weeks

- COPD

- Pregnancy

- Concomitant severe disease

- Smoking
