Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• hematological pathology (myelodysplastic syndromes, lymphoproliferative syndromes, multiple myeloma)

• considered able to practice physical exercise

• signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

• other hematological pathology

• considered unable to practice physical exercise
