Summary
To compare standard "Fentanyl - Tramadol - Paracetamol - Oxycodone" regimen to a multimodal
painmanagement "pregabalin- minimal fentanyl-ketamine-lidocain-dexmedetomidine- paracetamol"
to determine which therapy provides the most comfort, the fastest extubation time, the least
pain and the least delirium.
