Inclusion Criteria:

- BMI > 40

- American Society of Anesthesiology Class 1-3

- Elective laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

- Pregnant or breastfeeding patients

- Previous bariatric surgery

- Anticipated difficult airway
