Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Diagnosed with heart failure NYHA Class 2 or 3

- Currently being treated with beta-blocker

Exclusion Criteria:

- Diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea

- Using Fluvoxamine, Warfarin, Nifedipine, or Calcium Channel Blockers
