Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• 18 < age < 45 year old

• Thick irregular endometrium >12 mm on trans-vaginal ultrasound

Exclusion Criteria:

• Endometritis

• Cervical opening > 1 cm

• Uterine abnormalities

• Contraindication to Misoprostol treatment
