Summary
Joint and abarticular glucocorticoid therapy infiltration are common in sports traumatology, but it can cause problems under global anti-doping legislation. Particularly, if the possibility of systemic passage is proven, the glucocorticoïdes urinary kinetics elimination should be clarified. The study purpose is to determine the time to normalize glucocorticoids value in urinary sampling following intra-articular ultrasound-guided infiltration of Triamcinolone acetonide

Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:

- Sports practice at least 4h / week

- no comorbidities against indicating intra-articular knee infiltration

- Person with an intra-articular pathology of the knee requiring intra-articular
infiltration of triamcinolone acetonide

Exclusion Criteria:

- Person with gluccocorticoid allergy or gluccocorticoid contraindication

- pregnant woman or Woman of childbearing potential without effective contraception

- taking glucocorticoids less than 3 months orally, intrarectally or intramuscularly.
