Inclusion Criteria:

• Male

• healthy

• 18 - 40 years old

• non-smoker

• no additional medication

Exclusion Criteria:

• any relevant disease

• smokers

• elevated liver enzymes

• body weight different from Broca Norm > 20%

• allergies
