Inclusion Criteria:

- Patients undergoing elective coronary angioplasty

Exclusion Criteria:

Marked Bradycardia (< 40 bpm)

- Previous allergy to adenosine

- Inability to sign the informed consent

- Asthma

- Elevated cardiac enzymes (troponin I o CK-MB)
