Inclusion Criteria:

• BMI < 28 kg/m2

• normal HbA1c

• healthy volunteers

Exclusion Criteria:

• Heparin induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)

• metal implants

• cardial diseases

• anemia

• patients taking any kind of drugs
