Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Patients needed to pericardiocentesis during RFCA for paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Hypersensitivity on Colchicine

• The existence of intra-cardiac thrombus on trans-esophageal echocardiography

• Pregnancy
