Inclusion Criteria:

• Age > 18 years

• Males and females

• Indication for laparoscopic nephrectomy

Exclusion Criteria:

• Blood donation within the last month

• Lack of wish to participate

• eGFR< 15ml/min

• Pregnancy or breast feeding
