Summary
After heart surgery, about 30% of patients suffer from atrial fibrillation. Patients are
randomized into two groups receiving either potentized Strychnos Nux vomica or placebo under
double blind conditions. Postoperatively, ECGs are done to monitor cardiac rhythm.
