Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:- persons with preoperative pain to percussion of a tooth with pulpal disease requiring
endodontic therapy, healthy individuals, ASA Class I and II, no known allergies to the
drugs being administered
Exclusion Criteria:
- pregnancy, allergy to buprenorphine, allergy to local anesthetic
