Inclusion Criteria:

• Osteoarthritis of the knee

Exclusion Criteria:

• Other rheumatic disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis

• Active gastrointestinal ulcer during the last year

• Known allergy to analgesic drugs

• Other protocol defined inclusion/exclusion criteria may apply.
