Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Male/female at least 18 years of age

• Agree to avoid disallowed medications

• Have a diagnosis of dry eye

Exclusion Criteria:

• Have chronic systemic inflammation

• Have active seasonal ocular allergies
