Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• Age 18-45

• Speak Arabic or English

Exclusion Criteria:

• History of cervical surgery

• Known hypersensitivity to topical analgesics

• First trimester abortion or miscarriage in the previous six weeks

• Second trimester abortion or miscarriage in the previous 12 weeks
