Melasma relapse is almost common after discontinuation of conventional treatment. Recent
studies have suggested that photoaging dermis is main pathomechanism of melasma emphasizing
stromal targeting therapy. Therefore, we investigated maintenance effect of microneedle
radiofrequency (RF) for melasma treatment.
