Inclusion Criteria:

- ST-segment elevation AMI within 12 hours of symptom onset

Exclusion Criteria:

- Contraindications to thrombolysis or PCI

- Patients administered a fibrinolytic agent before PCI

- Patients enrolled in clinical trials
