Inclusion Criteria:

- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II Body weight of 50 - 90 kg

Exclusion Criteria:

- History of bleeding diathesis

- Relevant drug allergy, opioid dependence

- Morbid obesity, sepsis
