Summary
Hemoptysis is one of the serious complication of many pulmonary diseases. Upto now, there is
no proven medical treatment in recurrence of hemoptysis. The investigators will conduct a
randomized, placebo controlled trial of tranexamic acid, which can reduce the recurrence of
hemoptysis.
