Inclusion Criteria:

- Healthy male subjects

- 18 - 45 years of age

- Informed written consent

Exclusion Criteria:

- Any history of cardio-respiratory diseases, ongoing medication, smoking, trauma, acute
illnesses, collagen vascular diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis
