Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

• aged 20-60 years

• undergoing elective orthognathic surgery

Exclusion Criteria:

• pregnancy

• psychiatric disease

• hepatobiliary or renal disease

• monoamine oxidase inhibitor-taking patients
